CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to stop future billing.
2. Mandatory Cancellation Method
Due to our Web-to-App billing architecture, cancellation must be completed via the website:
- Visit Log in to motoveu.com → Account → Subscription → Cancel
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Billing / Subscription
- Select “Cancel Subscription”

3. Timing Requirements
- Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Late cancellations may result in another billing cycle
4. Post-Cancellation Access
You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
5. No Automatic Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Refunds require a manual request (see Refund Policy).
