1. Manual Refund Requirement

Refunds are not automatic.

All refund requests must be submitted manually by email.

2. 10-Day Digital Service Refund Period

Motoveu provides access to a digital subscription service that begins immediately upon purchase.

You may request a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • The request is submitted within the 10-day period, and
  • The service has not been excessively used

3. Technical Refund Eligibility

Refund requests within the 10-day period may be approved if:

  • The application fails to function due to Motoveu system or server errors
  • Paid features were not unlocked or accessible after successful payment

4. Refund Request Process

Email: support@motoveu.com

Include:

  • Purchase date
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for request

5. Review Timeline

All refund requests are reviewed manually.

Requests are reviewed within 7 working days.

6. Final Sales

Refund requests submitted after 10 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

After this period:

  • All payments are final
  • No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for unused time

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Restriction of future access to Motoveu services
